Is my personal information sent to AI?

During the process of leveraging AI to create a new resume, the information you enter is sent to a third party to generate the new document. However, it is neither stored nor used to train any third party system.

Is AI making decisions for me within the Thrive platform?

No. The Thrive platform uses the help of AI to simplify tasks, normalize input, and support job seekers in their journey. Our features are designed to save time and always present users with the final decision to use the output or elect to perform these activities on their own.

Thrive uses Natural Language Processing and Generative AI.
