Your SkillsID is a list of your existing skills based on your experience. Your skills can either be taken from an uploaded resume using AI or manually added using the SkillsID tool. To get your SkillsID, go to the SkillsID page and either select Quickly Build SkillsID or Search and Add Skills.
Quickly Build SkillsID
To upload your resume, or parse a saved resume (from Thrive), select this option. Click on Build, to get a SkillsID generated.
Search and Add Skills
Use this option to search for skills that may not be seen in your list of skills. There are over 30,000 skills connected to Thrive. Simply start typing and select from the drop-down that appears. These will be added to your skills.
Once you have generated your SkillsID, select Explore Careers to see recommended job titles and learning options:
