Password Reset Steps:

1. Go to the Thrive Portal home page

2. Click the "Log In" tab

3. Select `Reset Your Password`

4. Enter your email (if you have not already) and click 'Reset Password' again

5. A confirmation message will appear (shown here in blue)

6. An email will be sent to you, which will include a link to the portal where you can reset your password


Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email.
